This notice describes processing for which we act as controller. Data processed on behalf of customers is governed by their instructions and the applicable data processing agreement.

Our processing activities

Customer accounts and service delivery Purpose: Create and manage customer accounts and deliver the service the customer asked for Data: Names, email addresses, account identifiers, usage data People: Customers Legal basis: Performance of a contract Retention: For the duration of the contract, then deleted or archived after 12 months

Billing and payments Purpose: Invoice customers, collect payments and keep accounting records Data: Names, billing addresses, invoice details, payment status (card numbers stay with the payment provider) People: Customers and their billing contacts Legal basis: Performance of a contract and legal obligation Retention: As required by accounting and tax law, commonly 6 to 10 years (10 years in France)

Contact form and general enquiries Purpose: Reply to questions and requests sent to the company Data: Names, email addresses, message content People: People who contact the company Legal basis: Legitimate interests Legitimate interest pursued: Process user inqueries Retention: Up to 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted Service providers: Webflow

Website analytics and cookies Purpose: Understand how the website is used and improve it Data: IP addresses, device and browser data, pages visited, cookie identifiers People: Website visitors Legal basis: Consent (strictly necessary cookies do not need consent) Retention: Cookies for up to 13 months, analytics data for up to 25 months Service providers: Google Analytics

Recipients and transfers

We use the following service providers, who may receive personal data on our behalf: Memberstack (Authentication) — Manage website member accounts, sign-in and access to restricted content. — region: US Webflow (Hosting) — Build, host and publish the company website, including forms where enabled. — region: global Cloudflare (Infrastructure) — Provide DNS, content delivery and application security for enabled Cloudflare services. — region: USA Lemon Squeezy (Payments) — Manage customer payments, subscriptions where applicable, invoicing and billing. — region: US Airtable (Collaboration) — Support internal communication, document collaboration and team administration. — region: US Google Analytics (Analytics) — Measure website or service usage and understand visitor interactions. — region: EU Lemon Squeezy (Payments) — Manage customer payments, subscriptions where applicable, invoicing and billing. — region: US Google Fonts (Web fonts) — Serve the web fonts used on the website. — region: United States Bunny Fonts (Website) — Load font — region: Worldwide Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area (Memberstack, Webflow, Cloudflare, Lemon Squeezy, Airtable, Lemon Squeezy, Google Fonts, Bunny Fonts). Right to object: you can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests.
